2-Year Warranty

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. That’s why all jewellery purchased from us is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date you receive your order.

If your piece is broken or develops a fault during normal use within this period, we will repair it or send you a replacement, depending on the situation.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you already have under consumer law in your country.

What our warranty covers

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects. Examples include broken clasps or chains, loose settings or stones caused by a production issue, or pieces that arrive damaged.

If something doesn’t seem right with your jewelry and you have taken normal care of it, we’re here to help.

What is not covered

Like all jewelry, our pieces will show some signs of wear over time. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft, damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper care, scratches from everyday wear, bending or deformation from force, or changes to the appearance of plating due to contact with water, sweat, cosmetics, perfumes, or cleaning agents.

Please also note that fading of gold plating over time is a natural and expected result of normal wear, especially on rings and bracelets that experience more contact.

How to make a warranty claim

If your piece is broken or you believe there is a defect, please contact us before attempting any repair yourself.

Send us an email at info@dawnsjewellery.com
 with the following information:
– Your full name and order number
– A short description of the issue
– Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Our team will review your case and let you know the next step. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection.

Repairs, replacements and store credit

When a claim is approved under warranty, we will either repair the item, replace it with the same or a very similar model, or, if neither option is possible, offer store credit or a refund for the affected piece. The solution offered will depend on stock availability and the condition of the item.

Repairs or replacements made under warranty are free of charge for you, excluding any customs or import fees that may apply in your country.
